I hope that we don't do it because VAR will give a pen even if the ref misses it.It's nice to know you can push players in the back going for a header now.

Since joining Brentford in 2017 he has played 317 games and scored 118 goals. Not too shabby.I'm not blaming him entirely. Yes it was Branthwaites fault, I just thought Pickford should have been more to his right and he made it easy for Watkins. Who by the way, I don't think is a top striker. Overrated for me.
Why do people make things up?the goal is 2m50 high and 6m wide so not hitting the goal from 2 m is actually a circus act even if the ball didnt fall 100% on his footComparing his ability to yourself tells it all.
It was but VAR cleared it in 20 seconds.I thought the same. Very strange how it wasn't even looked at
Young was one of the best, although truth be told most are poorJust stop playing Young it’s causing us so much imbalance.
We are all supporting the Seagulls tonight, right? It really has come to something when that is what we now do, hope there are always 3 teams worse than us.Let#s hope Brighton do us a solid tomorrow night at Ipswich...
I find it incredible that despite all the dross we have, there are always a few knives out for Pickford. He is our only great player. The only one who is consistently good. The only one that can easily be excused whatever happens. He is so good that when he is one on one with a good striker he is expected to save it, and if he doesn't, it is his fault. It went under him though, not to his left or right.
Watkins made it look easy, he is top quality, he had learnt from the first half miss when Pickford made him miss, this time it just didin't work.
This part is spot on mate, and it does my head in that every single thing is picked on with Pickford, when those in-front need to take most the blame really.
How he comes out is part of what makes him so good imo....Martinez does the same thing.
Same points but goal difference would be two worse.Makes you wonder where we’d be this season without Craig Dawson’s goals
That sir, is all bang on.Well, you all cried for more possession. We had 50% so I'm guessing we're happier today? I've said it for a long time, at what point do we point fingers at the players? Managers have to carry some blame, but those players are a disgrace. I continually said it under Dyche, he's not telling them to miss sitters and struggle to pass 5 yards. Moyes isn't either.
Watch them and you'll see when one of ours has the ball, the rest stand and watch. There's no running into space or offering support. They just watch. They're lazy, don't care and we're in major trouble because of it.
I'll get hate for this, but the fans are a problem too. Everyone blamed it on Dyche, last night, we had a new manager and from the off it was dead. I refuse to agree with the spoilt logic of "give us something to sing about" Nah, we have one job. Yet we sit in silence and then the amount that left on the 80-85th was a disgrace. 10-15 mins left and everyone gets off.
What's the point of the flags before the game if it doesn't create an atmosphere? They look great and people spend so much of their own time organising it all, for what? A minute and then the fans sit in silence. The fans need to understand, it's ok to hate the players, tactics, manager etc. But when you're in the ground, you should be making an atmosphere. Groans and a tense crowd just because a player hit it out of play, isn't what's needed.
But at least opposition fans can be honest. I'm sure most of us agree that we got away with a shocker against Chelsea when Mangala kicked the Chelsea player.Yes that’s fair enough we both see our teams through eyes of a different colour!
Should have scored more in my opinion. Also should have played others in instead of going it alone and missing. That's what top players do.Since joining Brentford in 2017 he has played 317 games and scored 118 goals. Not too shabby.
Graeme Sharp got 111 in 322 for Everton and is generally regarded as a Goodison hero.Should have scored more in my opinion. Also should have played others in instead of going it alone and missing. That's what top players do.
Yeah, I watched him play and he was a better target man than goal scorer. My god he missed some good chances, even sitters. I think Howard said of him, he's was a scorer of great goals rather than a great goal scorer.Graeme Sharp got 111 in 322 for Everton and is generally regarded as a Goodison hero.
And the seagulls are 1-0 up at present...We are all supporting the Seagulls tonight, right? It really has come to something when that is what we now do, hope there are always 3 teams worse than us.
