I was strangely confident before this game, but when you really think about it, that line up we started with is the worst one we’ll see across the league this weekend, it really is very garbage.

45mins was a 100% winnable game against a very poor Brighton side.

If we had players that didn't have nosebleeds in the box, we'd be 2 or 3 to the good.

But no, gift 2 goals away and a sending off.

Thing I don't understand is,

We signed four player to improve us.

It's the first home game of the last season at Goodison Park. You know the crowd will be fired up.

You surrender any positivity and momentum and leave 3 of the 4 new signings out and don't make subs until 2-0 down.

I'd say unbelievable but it's proper Dyche isn't it.
