I wonder if much attention will be paid to the clearly onside goal by Saha, he was behind the defender not even level ffs or the blatant handball cheating by that little pikey Carr?

Failure to punish things like that only encourages it to happen more.

Anyone else got sour grapes they wish to share?

Very disappointed Brum fan here. Not by the result, a point was more than we deserved, but by our performance. Recently we have been playing some slick, penetrating football - but today we weren't anywhere near the standard we have set.

I never expected this to be an easy game, but I did expect us to be competitive. Instead we've relied on some last ditch defending and a couple of dodgy refereeing decisions to scrape a draw in a game that, at our best, we were well capable of winning.

Best of luck for the rest of the season. I can guarantee that you are not in trouble. The fact that you dominated in a game against the form side at the moment should be seen as a positive. All you need is a bit of luck and a couple of results, and the players confidence will return.

dont really know what to say, come away from goodison park far too many times this season completely underwhelmed. I trekked across the pennines in really [Poor language removed] weather and expected a performance that fitted in with the morale boosting performances that we have had of late. We started really well, Brum were not interested in the game and they were for the taking, one piece of really shocking defending and we are in trouble. We have to start winning these games or we will be in trouble, sure, luckily for us there are 3 worse teams in division. Bad decisions aside, we had the opportunity today and blew it.

Good to see Maro winning some headers in the middle today, and good to see us passing the ball and moving brightly. half a yard more pace required and we'll be a handful. Unfortunately at present it is a little slow and predictable.

I think the end of term report is going to say

Could do better!

A draw against the Premierships in form team is not too shabby.

I promise you someone is going to get a smashing any game soon. We are improving all the time and someone is going to feel the full brunt of it. A Yak hat a Cahill bullet and a Baines free kick to complete a 6-0 rout.

I thought that was gonna be Birmingham today the way we played till they scored.

:@

Me too, I was thinking it was going to be 4 or 5, until they scored. Totally changed the game. We seemed to lose confidence and the little creative edge we had in MF for the first twenty mins.

Sunderland, boxing day - repeat of the seven a couple of seasons back?

We should have won it 3-0 in the first 15 mins, very poor to let them back in the game.

This game it was the finishing which was the problem, not the usual midfield/defence.

Cahill - get rid for a few games! Absolute stinker after stinker.

This is my point: I'd be worried about relegation if we were playing awful, but we are not. We were desperately unlucky not to win today despite being far and away the better side. Keep the faith.

Hi all, just read a few of your comments on the last couple pages I couldnt be bothered to read them all..

Today was a good game, you should of turned us over in the first half but like I said before the game our new CB's are top notch and they did their job today...

I know everyone is gonna be mad with me saying this and my tin hat is on in preperation for your comments but you lot are moaning about lack of creativity and lack of confidence etc, but today your support was absolutely dire! I wouldnt expect my team to perform with as much backing as you gave them today..

Our Birmingham lot sang from start to finish, even when we conceded 3 minutes in we still belted out loudly and proud a chorus of our favourite song and the only reason our team got the confidence and leverage to push forward and get our goal is through support ...

I know im gonna get abuse from you lot for saying that, and I dont really care but you cant really expect your lads to be fired up when theres no1 getting behind them...

Good luck with the season anyway

We think singing is a bit tittish mate, but nice one anyway.

God damn watching the highlights back their goal anoys me even more.

Osman sees his man go past him so tracks him back into the penalty area.

Fellaini sees his man go past him so jogs back without a care in the world only to get there too late and they score.

Hope Moyes makes him drop and give him 200 in training tomorrow for that.

With all due respect, and I mean respect because you obviously have a team full of confidence at the moment, your luck will run out soon. I hope for McLeish's sake, your supporters don't go against him when you start falling down the table.

All the best to you but that's my truthful prediction: I'd be surprised if you finish above 12th.
