John Terry just elbowed Saha in the face clear as day. Webb gives freekick to Chelsea...

I really don't like him. Webb defo favours the Sky 4. He's well scared of them.

Yeah, nothing in that, Saha didnt even go for the ball and got double elbows to the back of the head.

Saha could really play with dribbler upfront someone like Vela with a bit of penetration would have been perfect. Id be tempted to bring Beckford on here, they are definitely struggleing with Sahas pace, he could do with some support.

Let's just hope that Moyes doesn't bring Beckford for Billy...you may take Arteta off..I give thumbs up cos he hasn't done anything again and bring Becks n for 30 min and rodders in CM

Lads, i really can't fault that first half performance other than Chelsea are slipping balls between our CB's far too easily. The CB's need to get tighter.

Bit of an odd game really.

I would rather play him RB and let Neville go, as long as he wants to stay here if not he has to go.

True. There's really no difference between the two at right back apart from Heitinga's better distribution.

Anyway...half time.

A nice game of football. Chelsea still have that threat out of the blue but we've played some very nice football.

Bilya's played well. Mugged Bosingwa off a couple of times, quick feet, and has create knack for getting in the box. He would be good to see him off a striker.

Fellaini...he's defo off in the summer. He's too good.

Seems a typical all round performance from the side against one of the big teams...

Its the West Hams etc that we balls up on.

Half time thoughts:

  • Bily is playing fantastically. Looks composed, dangerous, aware and well, KEEP BILY ON FFS.
  • Sometimes you forget Fellaini is just one man; he's everywhere, winning everything, starting everything and looking sexy doing so.
  • Arteta hasn't been that involved but, when he has, he's looked very good indeed.
  • I don't see why Rodwell is the attacking mid. He's scored some beauties before I know, but he just lacks the clinical edge you'd want there.
  • Heitinga -- to my surprise -- has been very good indeed. He's either playing to get a move, or realises he's not going anywhere and has his mind back on us again. Either way, keep it up lid.
  • Saha has looked good indeed. On his day he really does have everything. Hopefully this can be his day.
  • I still think we're going to get bummed.
