As mentioned in my first post, no matter the outcome the media will go to an extreme but i'm so excited about this match because you're the best team we'll have played under bobby manc AND it's away from home, these are the games that show us what he's really made of. So quite nervous too. Stupid late kick off aswell, not going to be able to eat all afternoon.

And I'm sure you loved him before he signed for you... And I bet you were doing cartwheels when you bought him too.

He's been great. He's a **** but he's been good for yous. But I'm betting you were/are more surprised by that than anyone else when you signed him, especially when you were after Kaka. It wasn't like you settled for the next best thing to Kaka.
 
Cahill is the sort of player that winds up opposition fans with his playing style. Bellamy is just a horrible human being. While he is undoubtly a very effective striker and on good form at the minute I would absolutely hate to see him wearing the Royal Blue jersey. Makes a wee bit of sick rise to the back of my throat just thinking about it.

No you wouldn't. You may feel like that now but I guarantee within a month Bellamy would have won you over. His commitment and never lie down attitude are tremendous.

An as for our injuries he,s right we,d be smashin the top 4 an yea i would say that but thats FACT........... :P EVERTON F.C far BIGGER than the wannabe,s... there like liam an noel once they get a few quid the world is there oyster.. get in there city.. how many trophies av ya won.. while ya on line run them by us.. :P
 
Hypothetically, if we had Man City's resources, I dont think we'd have had to have spent anywhere near the money they have.

I cant believe i'm saying this, but i would love to have City's millions. If only because we wouldnt have to use them. And we could compete.


I wont begrudge city success. I just wish they could be less fukkin smug about it.
 

We had plenty of money ourselves in the 60's. :)

Every succesful club has had a lot of money spent on it nowadays.
Teams like City and Chelsea pretty much decided to play catch up over night.
I'd rather win the title with Moyes though, and a budget of £3milll a season, and at the end, know, that a real TEAM won the title, and deserved it because they played their asses off for it.
