So I've been sorting out PA and music for my sisters 40th birthday, no idea what happened can you answer some questions those who watched the whole game.
1. Were the goals from set pieces or well worked?
2. Did we sit back and panic when Doucoure came on?
3. Did the usual suspects also panic in the build up of the Bournemouth goals?
4. Basically have we pretty much seen this before, except it happened all in one match?

Sack the manager?
Tbf you can't put the entire blame on the defence for that. Our midfield collapsed completely, and the subs further forward didn't help.

I mentioned "don't do an Everton" just after Pickford saved their first shot in anger,gutted to be proved right,so,so much to enjoy in that display for 86 minutes,then they go and do that, unforgivable from players and management.

Unfortunately it's both a mentality from the fans and the players.
The only way to remedy this is to get some new players in that actually believe that they are winners.

1. Our first was from a corner - fell to Keane - nice control and slotted from 5 yards. 2nd by DCL was really good short one touch passing - little dink over their goalie. Their goals all seemed to come from crosses / headers when we were all over the shop. First was a flat cross when Pickford or Myko should have cleared up. Fella turned it in when alone on baxk stick, 2nd was a header when no one was anywhere near them. 2rd was similar albeit from Seamu's position again. Defence nowhere to be seen.
2. We shot ourselves. Took off Ndaiye who was excellent. Tim also impressive for 85 mins. Doucoure and Beto added nothing but confusion. Should have subbed both Gueye and Tim really. Legs had gone.
3, Yes. All of them shot the bed.
4. Everton - summed up in 9 mins. 2 nil up and lost 2-3.

Appalling game management from Dyche, taking off Ndaiye and replacing him with Doucoure was asking for trouble. Bournemouth had been terrified to attack us in numbers because Ndaiye was such a great outlet and they would not leave him without cover. He didn't look tired when he was subbed and to replace him with anybody other than Lindstrom was suicidal. After bringing Doucoure on he chose to continue going forward, when the obvious thing to do was to close the game down for the last few minutes.
I would have to say, the first hour of the game was very enjoyable and we played some good stuff, hopefully Ndaiye will be here a lot longer than Dyche.
