Aside from Brian Clogh i cant think of one striker that made a great manager..

Over to you,

Duncan would be a disaster as manager club is a bit too close to him maybe? Neville yes i could see it happening tbh

JOAO MOUTINHO with MANUEL FERNANDES as is assistant nailed on , Demba Ba as a forward coach and Charles Nzogbia helping Jimmy Martin with the kit , ( if ya don't laugh you cry ) roll on September 1st for a shut transfer window I say

I'm going to be honest, I cant see Dunc being a good manager.

I'd get Toccy in.

Alex Ferguson was a striker, no? And Dalglish?

Edit: And Mancini?

Edit: Wiki says Busby and Bobby Robson were both 'inside forwards.' Harry Bleedin' Catterick was a center forward. I could go on..

Rinus Michels
Johan Cruyff (forward)
César Luis Menotti
Ottmar Hitzfeld
Valeriy Lobanovskyi (forward)
Helmut Schön (forward)

I do think he has a point, though. There seem to be way more managers who were midfielders or defenders. I can't think of any goalkeepers though -- they seem to only go into coaching other GKs.
