It's June 2013. David Moyes leaves Everton, accepting a role at Man Utd.
By this time Duncan Ferguson has completed all his coaching badges which he has just started and puts his name forward to be manager of Everton.
Your reaction would be?...
I'm going to be honest, I cant see Dunc being a good manager.
I'd get Toccy in.
I get the Duncan thing, I really do. He was a beacon when it was pretty bleak. That said, the feller did it when he wanted to and couldn't give a flying one at times with his discipline, which meant putting his teammates down to 10 men and struggling against the odds.
You dont reward that by making him manager. What player would respect that record and give him the authority required to demand effort? None.
But THEY WOULD be scared of Him , Comerada Mia ..
Will be Coach here within 18 months ...
Carry on ,....
He IS coming back ....
Carry on ,..
Aside from Brian Clogh i cant think of one striker that made a great manager..
Over to you,
Duncan would be a disaster as manager club is a bit too close to him maybe? Neville yes i could see it happening tbh

Hasn't stopped Keane, and I suspect Vieira will get a crack at management eventually as well.
