Only a blind man would say Everton instigated that.

Chelsea violated the respect rules and ran at the referee and crowded him.

Then one of Chelsea's players (Ivanovic) assaulted McCarthy.

John Stones came to defend him. To get him to release his grip on McCarthy
 
Meh, we know how it is. Ivanovic never bit him FFS, but he did carry on like a blert. Mourinho is a genius though, he has the league wrapped around his finger right now.

You are spot on there mate. McCarthey was in a strangle hold right in front of the ref. Look at Mac's face he is going red FFS. Everton should take the pics and video back to the FA and go at them, insist why they cannot see an assault has taken place. Could McC and the club bring an assault charge against Ivanonvic?

The club should fight this but will they have the balls?
