What baffles me about this transfer saga is. Why haven't any other clubs shown an interest in Fellaini,with all this additional tv revenue floating around you'd have thought there would be a plethora of CL clubs vying for his signature ?
Given that many one here are convinced we are selling him far to cheaply,or perhaps he's not so highly rated by other managers.
Either way the enigma remains.

He is on 75K, he will want 100K or more, very few clubs in the world pay 100K and they most probably have similar or better players

The fee talked about is 20 mill far less than the buyout figure, for me as RM says we do not have to sell so Man U should be told to swivel on it. As for crap word that they will only offer for Fellaini and not Baines as well, bull**** they will come knocking in January.

I've been at peace with the fact that Fellaini will leave for the last 2 seasons now. I'd almost go as far to say I wanted him to leave this summer, as it was always inevitable, at least if he does go then Martinez can use the substantial funds to get players more suited to his tactics.

I'm starting to feel a bit sad now, though.

Re. Fellaini. Looks like the deal is agreed. £20m rising to £24m. Good news. Baines as I said the othe day stays at Goodison.
