No mate. Us winning against City could mean absolutely nothing. We'd still finish in the same league position as if we lost. Us losing could stop Liverpool winning the title.

It's a must win as far as I'm concerned. We could end up 7th if we lose both games and United and Spurs win theirs

Assuming Arsenal win tonight (they will), then if West Ham beat Spurs at lunchtime on Saturday, I will... inconcievably, unbelievably, be rooting AGAINST Everton!

That is something I never thought I would do - I just can't face a summer of being lectured about our inferiority to that lot rather than how good they are and how they won the title through Suarez merit.

My answer may well be very different if this was sorted already.

I know mate if we were guaranteed 5th and europe then it might be a different answer but if we lost and then dropped points at hull and didn't get europe that would be sickening

Whether you live in Liverpool or the other side of the world, it comes down to what you love more...Everton or hating Liverpool.

I would hate to see them win the title, it would be terrible, I would probably have to stay indoors for the whole summer to avoid all those idiots walking around in full kits.

But, I still want Everton to win every game, 5th is not certain.

I find it so dissapointing that blues are losing sight of what it means to support this team, and falling into their stereotype of being "the bitters".

You are entitled to your opinion but please try to refrain from patronising those of us who think differently, mainly because we would have to live with the full horror of the buggers winning the league.

We know what it means to "support" our team.
