Don't know if you guys saw this is in FourFourTwo the other week but it's a league table on fans and fans behaviour

Can't link it as it's blocked for some reason but here's the table:

1 - Crystal Palace - +38
2 - Aston Villa - +36
3 - Liverpool - + 35
4 - Manchester City - +34
5 - Stoke City - +31
6 - Leicester City - +30
7 - Arsenal - +29
8 - Newcaste United - +29
9 - Watford - +28
10 - West Ham United - +27
11 - West Bromwich Albion - +24
12 - Manchester United - +23
13 - Tottenham Hotspur - +22
14 - Chelsea - +21
15 - AFC Bournemouth - +19
16 - Everton - +16
17 - Sunderland - +15
18 - Norwich City - +14
19 - Southampton - +13
20 - Swansea City - +12

Make of it what you will. The main thing to notice other than how low we are is that Leicester have shot up from about 15th last year when they did this.

Well done booers.
How do the lyrics go again "We don't care what the Red Side say (or anybody else for that matter) why the hell should we care" I honestly don't care what four four 2 magazine or any other fans think about us, if we are unhappy we let our players know. Personally think we should bring out the white hanky like they do in Spain in the future.

Hounding a 21 year old lad for doing something a bit different, resulting in one of our players having to give him a little pep talk in the middle of a match.

You wouldn't get Liverpool fans doing that, let alone Man City/Chelsea fans. It's a losers' mentality, melts constantly flapping over the smallest things. We breed negativity.

If you want an Everton fan to be positive about something well I am positive I could find examples of their fans doing something similar. Any time we play a team and play well (so not lately obviously) and their fans get frustrated I hear lots of the same crap from all of them.

All fans are pretty much the same. When there are more of them (RS) it becomes more noticeable. All these platitudes people think are important for a "proper football fan" are just so boring. Everyone is horrible; everything is horrible. Look at City. "They used to be all right" ... no they didn't ... they used to be just like everyone else there were just less of them to notice.

Ask a person who supports a team NOT in the city they live who the most annoying fans in the world are and most of the time they'll say a club from the city in which they live.

Because when you hear the kind of garbage fans of other teams come up with it sounds utterly insane.

Now if you'll excuse me we better get back to our chase for one of the Champions League spots!

Away from home one of the best, at home one of the worst probably just beating Liverpool.

There seems this attitude of just sitting there and moaning and it's got worse drastically over the last 18 months

It's plainly a wind up mate.
He's been thread banned

Fair enough. It's only "plainly" a wind up to people who have enough to time to follow everyone's personal story arcs to know who is a WUM suddenly and who is being normal. Gets very hard to follow ... I'm going to need to quit my job to never get fooled by these hilarious "fake" WUMs we have now.

I was always proud of our fans the away support especially in my days - I have seen scraps on the terraces over opinions, but other fans stopped them quickly, As for players getting stick it's nothing like they used to get in the old days, but times have changed, TBH it's usually the persistent bad form players who got stick, The Stones incident yesterday???
I was not there so can not comment what it was about - Evidently the great TG Jones used to do that sort of thing, and my late father said the fans applauded that classy defending - It was nice to see Besic calm Stones down with a ruffle of his hair!

One of the big reasons why we'll never be a big club again is some of our 'fans'.

Hounding a 21 year old lad for doing something a bit different, resulting in one of our players having to give him a little pep talk in the middle of a match.

And we wonder why we get called bitter.

"Hounding"........for goodness sake get a grip, man.

A collective gasp went up from almost 40,000 committed fans as one of our players played Russian Roulette with the ball practically on our goal line.

And the guys applauding him for doing "something different" and berating those who think it an act of folly......I am willing to bet dollars to donuts every last one of them was yelling at John to get rid, be they in the ground or watching on a TV screen anywhere in the world.

John might have appeared the epitome of cool viewed retrospectiveky.....but I can assure it did nowt for the blood pressure of the people sitting around me at the ground

Blooming heck.....that is a rant and a half, that is.

Got to love you super Blues who like to have a go at the ones who wear their hearts on their sleeves in the ground.

I don't understand what this table represents ... is it fan arrests?
No, it's a clappometer.

Lol at the fans being slated. The fans haven't managed us to the bottom half of the league. Why is it with us when things go wrong with us people look to blame the supporters that pay their hard earned money to go and watch the team do crap?

Or we could just support the team through difficult periods....just a thought

I tend to agree over the Stone incident, I think most of us didn't want to lose to another late goal

But it has to be said that some of the abuse Barkley has received in the past has been appalling
My concern is when did Evertonians think we deserve to win something, this type of attitude was never part of us even in the trophy winning days of the mid 80's.
We have a new breed in our fanbase
