Highlights and interviews mostly - few years back I could hardly get to watch every game as I do now
They have those extensive 20 Minutes highlights on their website but you need to be logged in for evertontv.

Most of last year the fixtures on the app wouldn't load on my iPhone - last week it just kept saying error. I deleted it thinking if I reload it will be ok, only to discover that there's no Everton app in the Apple App Store

Anyone else had issues?

The sleeping giant that is EFC is awaking and making great strides in the transfer market, but every time I go to the website Im astounded at just how bad it is.

As a team that is trying to raise its international profile, a quality website is the first port of call for those that want to know more about us. If we are happy to (potentially) spend £50m on players then we should spend £50k on a quality site with a great user experience.

Does anyone know anything about who looks after the site?
I gave up with their website once I discovered toffee Web and then GOT. It was great in the 90s on the early net, but then just became a hard sell, pages full of adverts and auto streaming videos, always last with Everton news and worse, always the sanitised club line.
I look every now and then and see the same old rubbish. You're dead right though, it was and should he so much better. They could file host last years and other historic matches for instance.

It actually won some design award a few years back if I recall.
It's not the looks that give me headaches, it's the fact that for the last 3 or 4 years I've had to input my credentials everytime despite ticking the "Remember me" box (not for shop or tickets, just for the everyday stuff).

Exactly. The design is fin(ish), its the user experience that is the issue and is what needs to be addressed.

Dont get me started on the app. What a waste of time, money and effort. JUST MAKE A QUALITY RESPONSIVE SITE!!!! Apps are dead!

Thats a great idea! If anyone else has any good ideas then voice them here. Ill try to get this thread through to the firm that make the site. Im guessing they are all reds though : (

For what its worth, I think the website is excellent.
Nice and easy to use, in recent months I've bought tickets, listened to radio commentary, bought merchandise and watched last nights game. All completed with the minimal amount of fuss

To be fair the merchandise side of the site is great. Never had any problems with that and the customer service on that side is also spot on, always sorted me out.

Although I firmly believe if they let me design stuff for them we'd have well better gear. Talking mugs and random bits like. The clothes are alright.

I know someone that works on the development of the clubs' website, I'll make sure to show him all of this.

That would be really usful. Its not about making anyone look bad or anything. Its about user feedback to immprove the site and its function. If they want to talk about anything Im happy to try to help.
