I doubt we'll buy anyone no matter where we are in the league. Maybe if Digne picks up an injury.

We were very much in a battle for 4th last Winter and we didnt do ZIP.

Of course if we can make some sales or get some loans then we could, but I wouldnt be expecting anything to change in Jan, the accounts run from March to March.

Except RB mentioned we might do business in Jan. And given our squad I think we will have to do some ins and outs...

If we get some outs or there are loans available then sure.

Possibly if we get some resolution with the man who can not be named, freeing up wages on a player earning 120k a week might possibly give us some wiggle room, allegedly.

Need someone in now who can cover both LB and RB short term contract 25th squad place. The thought of Kenny, Holgate or Godfrey playing a few games at RB is horrifying. Godfrey is also main cover for LB and although defensively he did a good job it meant we offered very little going forward.

Selling Richarlison represents a big opportunity, but only if he’s replaced with good players, and I don’t think we are going to get as much money as some people think we will should Richarlison be sold.

Tom Davies has 18 months left on his contract in January and just 12 months in the summer. I think it’s time to sell tbh. Mina is in the same situation, 18 months left in January and 12 months left in the summer, but I personally think we should extend Mina’s contract and sell someone like Holgate instead.

I think we could get as much as 30 million from the combined sales of Davies and Holgate, which could then go towards a top centre half.

The Richarlison money can then go towards a forward and a right back.

It's alright saying sell but we need a willing buyer - Holgate I think would be in demand but Davies? I'm not convinced anybody would want him.

I would actually go for Aurier at this stage. 2- 3 year deal and sign a young RB in the summer.
