I don't agree with you.

I backed him for as long as common sense permitted.

As soon as it became painstakingly obvious that it was HIM who was negatively impacting games 60 minutes before kick off with his selections...

Common sense no longer permits.

It's very clear he was never the right man for the job.

Therefor, I now call for his head.

I know that might be hard for you to comprehend...

Still with me so far?

Im with you... but there would have been people after 5 games, 7 games even 11 games who would have disagreed with you and attacked you for supporting the manager at that point.

So whats gives you the right to attack other posters just because they dont go by your timeline?

Because now it is painfully evident with no doubt that this was never going to work.

However, yourself and Davek embarrassingly cling on to backing Benitez - with absolutely no logic.

The reason you get so much stick is because people can smell that you care too much about your ego and refuse to change your stance on Benitez even when it's as bleak as it is.

Plus the fact you've taken a lot of enjoyment in winding people up about the situation.

Yet you say I'm the immature one.

At least I've got the balls to change my position.

So if Davek decides after 18 games he cant support the manager any further that would be invalid?

Why is that any different to you sacking your support off after 12 games? Because if you asked Kev The Rat he would have said it was painfully obvious after 0 games that it wouldn't work so in his opinion you would have been full of ego for not giving up your support 12 games sooner...

Patterson & Mykolenko we’re both scouted by our old team who have now left. Rafael has the final say or paying a bit more than what was offered previously.

Both highly regarded by scouts throughout Europe
Let's hope they settle well in the Championship
Holgate and Keane in between

It was after the derby I changed my stance.

Nothing wrong with that.

The reason it's justified is that there's a minimum standard a manager must meet in order to win the fans patience to see out his vision.

He has fallen massively below that minimum standard.

THAT is why you see most supporters are not entertaining him seeing out his vision.

Because it turns out his vision is 15 years out of date.

Will that be all?

Are we the only club in England who look like they are sleepwalking towards relegation and sit on their hands and do absolutely nothing about the situation?

Does anyone really think things are going to change between now and the end of the season if RB remains in charge?

Does anyone think this team, being coached and set up the way it is, is going to put any sort of winning run together?

His interviews are so deflective now its verging on the ridiculous.

Its been weeks overdue now, he needs to be given the axe.

In your opinion.

Many would have said your opinion was 12 games too late so becareful you dont fall off that pedestal you're standing on.

And they would have been entitled to that opinion.

And they may even have been correct all along.

Fact is, it's now clearly obvious he's not the right man for the job but you're too immature to change your stance.

Instead you choose to wind up as many blues as you can because you get a kick out of it.

Bizarre how we're paying a few bob for players who Benitez wants...
It's fairly obvious that selling Digne (£25m - £30m) is going to cover the bulk of the transfer fees for Myko (£17m) and N-Patz (£12m).

If both of them are salaried at around £55k to £60k per week then that's the same combined as Digne currently gets paid by himself.

In totality, we're spending very, very little to:

1) get several years younger at LB; and

2) bring in a new young RB to take over from Coleman. Which we all agree has been an urgent need for at least two summers now.

It's very good business in accountancy terms, and who's to say whether or not one, or both, of them will turn out to be great players?

We should be looking to sell Mina and Gomes to achieve similar in CB and CM. They both earn far too much for the little impact they have on the pitch. It's a vastly preferable approach when the only other option is selling Richarlison or DCL for £60m in the summer.
