Oh dear god.

Show loyalty to a man you slated royally when appointed.

Have you been permanently on the ale over the holiday period? It’s 4th of Jan now, you can put the bottle down. You honestly don’t know what you are writing any more do you? lollollol
WTF are you talking about? I think you're the one pissed.

@davek is clearly on the wind up, not sure why anyone would bite, thats what he is looking for.

Not sure how anyone can back THE worst manager in our 143 history, got to be on the wind up, insane OR a K...............

My fear is Benitez turning us in to a 3/5 at the back team, it doesnt work for us.
Until the Brighton game there were 44% of those who voted on the Benitez thread supporting him.

Do you hold the same opinion of them?

A few players I’m gonna look out for at the AFCON, some have been linked, some mentioned on here.

Samuel Chuckweze (22) Nigeria Right winger (left footed) been linked for a while, has one year left on his contract at Villareal this summer.

Kamaldeen Sulemana (19) Ghana left winger at Rennes. Highly rated Contract to 2026, could be the next big thing off their production line, (see Raphinha)

Idrissa Baba Ghana. (25) CM. R. Mallorca, contract to 2024, been linked with him since the summer, rumored buyout clause £10-15m.

Edmound Tapsoba (22) Burkina Faso, CB. currently at B Leverkusen, contract to 2026, probably out of our league but going to watch to see why he’s rated.

Panutche Cámara (24) Guinea Bissau CM, big jump from League 1 but he’s way better that that level, been immense for Plymouth the last two seasons, out of contract this summer, box to box player, very quick, would be a cheap option to cover Doucoure’s position.

We need a Gana/Kante type next to Doucoure and a commanding CB regardless of who is the manager.

Get Digne + Holgate sold and spend the dough.
Good players but I'd rather have someone tall who screens the back four and act as a pivot, rather than someone who's all over the place at a million miles an hour. Forgive the comparison, but I'm always so impressed with Fabinho every time I see him, someone who I had hoped Schneiderlin (and then Gbamin) could become for us, and who we've dearly missed since Barry left.

The problem is if you play with a midfield two you need a player who can get about the pitch for 90 minutes none stop.

Having someone like Gana/Kante is like having an extra man in that role.
