Thought Newcastle were going in for Cantwell

Chances are they will be linked with every player for the next few transfer windows lol

I’m a massive Bissouma fan, I’ve been banging the drum for sometime but the lad they signed from Salzburg in the summer, Mwepu, who plays in the middle with him, has been considerably better than Bissouma.

He ran the show against us last week.

Yep I thought he was absolute quality

Cantwell is crap. That country bobbler guy, must have been in a 48hr bender. In the last 24hrs he’s said longstaff and cantwell would be good signings. Ffs

Cantwell has ability but I'd be concerned about his mentality. He got questioned by Smith recently IIRC. Doubt we could afford him anyway.

Don't know the numbers but I suspect tosun and iwobi will be on wages far beyond anyone who would take them (lower prem / abroad) could afford.

That's been a massive part of our problem backto thelikes of Besic and Bolasie.

He’s got massive potential but will probably never realise it. He would get hounded at goodison and we are totally the wrong club for himself like you said his mentality, he does appear to be weak mentally.

Believe the other lad is magic. Never seen much of him apart from an amazing cameo at the euros in the summer.

Think to yourself, why would Bissouma be available? Secondly, is he worth the excessive fee if Brighton don't want to sell?

And why would he come to us? He'll have the best teams in Europe knocking and Brighton will likely be superior to Everton for the next couple of years.

Iwobi was a £35m signing from Arsenal. I'd be astonished and amazed if he was "only" on 5 figures a week, or at least very close to the 6 figure mark.

Coutinho is a talent on a par with James and Cavani. They are hired gunslingers - that we cannot seemingly afford but by god they are easy on the eye. I don't want mercenaries - but there must be players out there that fit our wage bill but can still make us a competitive team. Get some bodies in asap to replace 80% of the crap we have. I'd have loved to see Coutinho at Goodison.
