Does anyone have enough understanding of the prem P&S rule to qualify when we are well clear of our current constraints?
I understand it works on a rolling 3 year period, but with the outgoings and shifting 3y period what does that mean for Jan for example?
Or are we likely to be quite badly constrained until next summer (or beyond) when a few more big contracts expire (not withstanding a significant sale)
And what would the extra £30m or so for playing in Europe and finishing top 6 do for next season?
Basically what or when would enable Mosh to start funding £50m / £60m net windows again?
(NB I’m in the camp that thinks he will continue to bank roll us rather than the one that thinks he’s done)

We're clear of our restraints now. We're in the green for January to spend again. Just not majorly unless we sell some big players. By the summer we'll be free to spend big.

He is the living exception to the rule that even a stopped clock is right twice a day. To have made so many predictions and get absolutely zero correct is a skill unto itself!
what was that card game we played as kids where you decide to 'shoot the moon' and try to lose every trick. Its really quite hard to do, this guy is going for it with ITK's.

Can you elaborate on this mate?

What else do you want me to elaborate on mate?

We had limited funds in the summer, we've since got rid of James which has freed up funds to spend in January.

We were restricted by FFP, were now in the clear to spend. Not massive amounts though.

If we can get rid of more players like Tosun, it will free up more money.

OK, I'll bite. How much can we spend now that we are "freed up". Vague notions of "not massive amounts" don't really tell us much. How much can we now spend on fees and what sort of wages can we offer above and beyond our current wage bill? A connected insider such as yourself should be able to sort us out with some answers, right?

Just any numbers on us being able to spend mate.

I might be wrong, but its my understanding the numbers go over 3 year stretches, so I cant see it getting much better any time soon.
