If it was me, id get in a specialist defensive midfielder.

We can use someone screening the defence and the performance of say Branthwaite and Godfrey would improve with that person ahead of them.

Currently Doucoure and Allan both press as is their nature but neither are really DMs.

Both of these are on in years, we need to look to younger midfielders of both defending and attacking.

We'll have El Ghazi AND Iwobi, we'll have Longstaff AND Delph. These types of signings do absolutely nothing for us. This window is turning into a dumpster fire.

El Ghazi is terrible and we have been consistently linked with Longstaff, who is terrible. Mykolenko and Patterson might be great, or they might be terrible, nobody, not even our resident football hipsters, know for sure. I feel sorry for them, tbh, coming into this freak show of a club.
