Glad to see Dobbin has signed.

We have some sort of attacking threat with with Gray, Richarlison, DCL, Gordon. It would be good to see more from Dobbin.

I guess loaning Simms makes pragmatic sense with Rondon and Tosun also on the books, not that they seem to contribute much of a goal threat.

Yeah has to be two cm now cant see us getting anything else. One attacking mid and and cdm. Would give us all a lift think we could get one but need two

One will likely get inured so yeah.

Is Gana even available for loan? I doubt he would have any reservations besides who the manager was going to be to come back here if he is available. He treated us with respect, we treated him with respect.

It’s a scramble now and everything will be difficult, but with Doucoure injured, we realistically need 2 midfielders. We needed 1 before the injury but now it’s beyond a joke. If Lampard is appointed, there’s a decent chance he could wrap up loans for Loftus-Cheek and perhaps Billy Gilmour (decent rumours that Chelsea want to recall his loan at Norwich due to game time). It’s all pie in sky but I’d say those 2 players along with Allan in midfield is an instant upgrade in the middle if played as a 3. We don’t really have the luxury of time right now and Lampard’s connections he could work something out. Clutching at straws here.

Not a big fan but Frank’s first signing will be Deli Ali

If he’s played off the striker and not expected to run around for 90 mins a game he will be good. If he plays him as a CM who needs to do everything then he won’t do well.

Loads of talent. Lost his way, needs to work harder sure but maybe a manager that has some faith in him will trigger it

He isn’t without risk, but I can see the idea behind it

The crazy thing is Allan just came back from injury and he has a tendency to get injured a lot. So if we don't bring someone in it could potentially be gbamin and Gomes as our only senior Midfielders which is horrifying
