For the record VDB isnt really what we need, we need a creative player.

But with long term injuries to Davies, Doucs, Delph(LOL) and who knows what is happening with Gmblammo, a midfielder with functioning legs wouldnt be the worst idea.

Well, from what I can see we have 1 space in the squad, so we would possibly need somebody out if we were to do more than 1 In.

No mate, I said in another post we need bodies in midfield.

I meant as far as naming a 25 player squad for Premier League rules.

As for Gilmour I think hes struggling a bit, just back from injury, think it wouldnt be a great idea, currently.

120k sounds like a lot but if it’s only for 20 weeks, thats 2.5M. Not a bad loan fee.

Why? Lampard rarely played the lad, why would he suddenly be trying now to bring him in.

Loftus-Cheek seems to look the part whenever he plays, but he's suspiciously old for a player who's still doing the loan circuit without ever having had a proper season anywhere.

I had previously thought that was the case but we don’t know the terms of the sale for Digne.

If we received all the money for Digne up front and then paid for the two young full backs in instalments then there is a slim chance we could still have some leverage/financial trickery in this window especially knowing that we have a lot of big contracts falling off the books in the summer

If we have money to spend under Moshiri but arent able to currently because of FFP / Profit and sustainability rules...

1: Selling Digne shows the full received amount immediately (even if we are being physically paid over several seasons).

2: Buying the full backs would show their fees split over the length of their contracts...

3: Unless were under pressure from previous business we would be fine to spend money this window. Unfortunately its very tough to be 100% on the numbers.

Surprised weve not moved out many last summer or this window.

United fans feel as tho hes never really been given a chance.

2 managers think McTominay and Fred are better than him. Pogba is injured all season but still gets limited game time. Matic has played more than him and he's 75.

He's not been given a chance cos he can't hack the league physically ala Klassen.

He's been there 1 and a half seasons and played a total of around 600minutes for them. That's about 7 full games in the league.

£35mill player who still can't get games rings alarm bells personally.

Dunno mate, going to a manager who get the best out if him, confidence in a young player is massive, reckon he'd be a better choice than rlc, barkley, Dvdb or anyone else similar

He didn't play him because the pool of talent was a lot deeper than the one that he's set to take over. Loftus-Cheek is starter in this current team. Without putting myself up for weasel status I know he's someone of interest to us and we've asked Chelsea about him.

Exactly, for years people have been banging on about needing to move players out but we can't because most if them are dreadful and no one will want them, especially on their current deals.
