Everton January 2025 Transfer Thread

Very funny and i dont think. All these incompetent managers told them to give the ball away all day long. Told all the cowards in the team to be afraid of heading the ball and to make individual mistakes every bloody game. Told to overhit or underhit every cross they put in. Thats if you ever beat a man Jack! You are utterly deluded if you think all our woes for the last few years are all due to poor managers. Probably only 3 or 4 of this whole squad who would last under Moyes. Do you actually watch the games?
This is a genuinely horrible, wilfully argumentative take.

After just 2 weeks under Moyes, the willingness to pass forward, the calmness of the finishing and the pressing from the front were night and day compared to Dyche.

I do take your point about individual errors but top flight footballers don’t collectively become that bad overnight; a combo of horrendous/no tactics and what I can only assume to be a massive lack of confidence in what they were being asked to do had a lot to do with that. We’re defo still shaking off the cobwebs from our 2 years in the darkness but the proof has very much been there thus far, that good coaching makes all the difference.

Ok I realise that for everyone but @Jebus_lives and myself this has become a tedious geography class but..... the Appalachian Mountains, which were covered in your post from Brittanica, are not the same as Appelachia which is a region of the United States. In my Original Post I refered clearly to Appelachia.
Yes, I should re-post in the 'Petty' thread of the Ale house.

My apologies, I misread. Let's put this whole tedious affair to bed.

Mason melia agreed to join spurs from St pats . Potential to be a special player.
We had been mentioned. Pity
We should concentrate on Graham and Clarke and make the best of them we can do, get them with some better coaches and use the Youth Academy properly. If we are looking for other young diamonds in the rough then I know Aberdeen have a young 16 year old midfielder/winger Sam McLean who has more than a hint of the Cole Palmers about him, he is starting to raise a few eyebrows in certain circles.

Applachian Mountains: a great highland system of North America
Appalachia: a great geographic area in the United States with some hilarious stereotypes
