There’s a very real problem now.

Do you give a manager who very obviously won’t be here at the end of the season money to buy more of his beloved hard working hoof merchants, to try and keep the team in the division, but the new manager more than likely won’t want ?

Have to look at the DOF for guidance at this point.

He has to be given money for a LB & RW at least.

They must be able to affect the 11 immediately (whether starting or putting a fire up the starters) and yet be young enough to develop into top players to take us up a level.

Dyche can’t be allowed to have any input whatsoever with transfers from now.

If Thelwell is staying, he needs to be given full control, with the full backing of the owners.

This whole thing is just like my NFL team. If they are going to be making changes at either DOF or head coach in the summer, theres no point not doing it now. If they want to keep Thelwell, perfect, go from there. If they want to get rid, make a change absolutely as fast as possible.

See sky was saying one player for eqch club and said romain esse for us who looks like a talent. Honestly need atleast 3 or more lb we have to be bringing one in, rm then maybe a creative midfielder.

It's not a problem - sack Dyche. Let the DOF appoint a new manager, there's enough good manager's available.

Nice little cameo at RW from McAtee for City here at Leicester. If he’s really available for sale I wouldn’t be against it. Not a Dyche player though I guess

When he leaves Everton he will score 20+ goals.

Watched him a few times, reminds you of the type of players Crystal Palace have a habit of pulling out of the hat.
Think they have been linked with him as well.
Has some very quite games from the times I have seen him.
But he is young so to be expected.
Not sure he would help alot at the present moment, one for the future maybe.
