I personally don't think Mr Philogene alone can save us from relegation, so if we do sign him, which even in itself is doubtful, these owners best be prepared to bring in at least one more player to go into the starting line-up.

Wonder how much is le loan fee?

I'm guessing around the 2-2.5m mark with full wages covered - they paid 25m for him this year and seems about the going rate for that type of buy (see Lindstroms cost to us)

linked with 25 year old Polish CM Jakub Moder from Brighton, Leicester linked as well and some German clubs monitoring the situation as he is thought to be available this month. No Transfer fee mentioned, his contact is up in June so Brighton may want to cash in before he walks away for nothing. He was signed for £11m by them in 2020.

I could see us signing him, but we do have quite a few in central midfield already, but Garner and Tim have missed the majority of the season so Gana, Mangala and Doucoure have had to play most games.

None of us know what we have to play with at the end of the day, this guy is very highly rated though and Id be surprised if he came here tbh.

What scares me is the price tag, from what I understand we are bang on for PSR, not a penny over…. What wiggle room does that give us though and are we dependent on an out?
