The apology thing was a joke mate but I haven’t judged him at all, that’s why I keep saying you’re misunderstanding but you keep insisting you’re not despite me repeatedly saying I’m not saying what you claim I am! All I was saying is it seems clear that the club and him are not seeing eye to eye, two managers have made comment about the way he goes about things and just the fact they’re willing to sell him suggests as much. That doesn’t mean he’s a bad egg or is doing anything actually wrong, just that there’s clearly an issue somewhere along the line. If you want to insist that you know what I meant better than I do then crack on mate. It would obviously be a weird AF thing to do, but I feel like that won’t stop you.

To be honest though Lan, the Brighton manager comes across as a bratty little arrogant , the stuff I've seen in the Brighton forums btw doesn't even suggest any hint of the stuff we've said, it goes in about he reportedly had a bout if glandular fever (he was taken off at half time during a European game feeling ill - and the subsequent rumour mill about come etc all seemed to come about in the period after).

I'd put more stock in that's the cause of his downturn more than he suddenly became a bag head.

Which is a worry of a different sort as it can take years to fully get over gland fever

Lad wants to be starting games, finds out in a limited January window he is fourth choice for west ham in who they bring in and who want him to cover for their injured summer signing.

Not sure how tempting that's gonna be

I think de zerbi talked about his mental condition not being 100% last season. Not suggesting it’s anything to do with the coke rumours, but it implies that there’s a concern around the mental side of his game.

Pretty sure those brighton links started with we wanted him on loan which should say it all about those links
