just because we may free to spend 100m doesn't mean we should. If we've learned anything from the Moshiri era it's not what you spend but who you spend it on. It sounds like our big problem the last two windows has been cash rather than PSR and had we 30m available for down payments etc we could have signed first choice targets like Gnonto etc. i guess we haven't had the cash and we've missed out on deals that were there and ready to close. I can't see the Freidkins greenlighting a bunch of 50m signings, and until we see increase in revenue from the stadium and commercial deals actually coming in we still need to be cautious but the financial stability simply having an owner with the money provides, as well as the stadium build coming to completion - you'd hope this is the last year we operate on a league one budget. Also, you'd like to think the Freidkins will bring in proper commercial teams to properly maximize our potential.
