I've just read your post as if i was Ronald Koeman
Look fine if people want Nuamah, but I don't rate him myself and I reckon people will be disappointed if/when they see him and I'm glad Moyes has put the handbrake on this tbh.Nuamah is only 21 and has just over a year in a big league. He can be coached to improve. Harrison is 29 and useless. Pace can win games. The amount of space it can open up for teams is crazy. And we ain't going to be going out and buying a completely new forward line this January.
Nice one Chelsea pleasure doing business with you.
Was more hopeful because of the deal that we woukd have included an option. Like we did not paying at the start of the seasonIt was never going to be as straightforward as people were suggesting
Well I'm talking about himI've never seen him play so I'm not talking specifically about him, just about the idea that there's no use having pace because you'll just have to wait for everyone else to catch up. That's not how it works. As I said earlier, having genuine pace in the side can open the game up much more, force teams to sit deeper, and create more space for others on the pitch, so it can make a difference even if the player themselves isn't actually producing much. That's not to say we should sign Nuamah, I know nothing about him, just that I think the introduction of real pace to the side could make a significant difference to us.
Except he is absolute pony though, there appears to be a suggestion going about that this guy is going to magically transform the team when he won't, he is pants mate.
Only a few times but he isn't someone Id be rushing out to sign imo that's all I'm trying to say and certainly not for the fee that has been quoted. How often have you watched him mate ?
You probably shouldn't have said 'Also there is zero point in signing one player who is very fast and will outrun everyone else then have to stand there for 30 secs whilst the rest of his team mates catch up' then, to avoid confusion.Well I'm talking about him
Yes because if you sign a player with HIS level of speed compared to everyone else in the squad atm the team will become very lopsided is all I'm trying to say, we would have to have another 2 or 3 who had a bit of pace about them to match up. I can just imagine him trying to break away and the likes of McNeil and Ndiaye trying to keep up it would be absolutely hilarious watching it.You probably shouldn't have said 'Also there is zero point in signing one player who is very fast and will outrun everyone else then have to stand there for 30 secs whilst the rest of his team mates catch up' then, to avoid confusion.
That would have required us having a Director of Football with half a brain. Was more hopeful because of the deal that we woukd have included an option. Like we did not paying at the start of the season
2 home, 2 abroad.Yeah don’t see why we shouldn’t pay Chelsea the full loan fee - lad got injured playing for us.
As an aside in that article, Hunter says we already have our full allocation of 4 loans? That can’t be right?
But this is the whole point i'm making, that's not how it works! It's like you've never seen a game of football before, the fastest player on the pitch doesn't just continually find themselves 50 yards ahead of play this is an utterly bizarre take.Yes because if you sign a player with HIS level of speed compared to everyone else in the squad atm the team will become very lopsided is all I'm trying to say, we would have to have another 2 or 3 who had a bit of pace about them to match up.
