But this is the whole point i'm making, that's not how it works! It's like you've never seen a game of football before, the fastest player on the pitch doesn't just continually find themselves 50 yards ahead of play this is an utterly bizarre take.

I want multiple pace options, not one player, and not one who isn't very good. I want to be able to attack on the break as a unit. At the moment we have zero pace in this team none whatsoever. That is all I'm saying.

Beto - looks like going back to Italy
Chermiti - injured all season
DCL - doesn’t want to play for us and couldn’t finish his dinner.

Not exactly the fab 4 is it.

I can remember everyone laughing when Moshiri said Siggurdson Tosun Walcott Bolasie were Everton’s fab 4. They’d probably all make this team.

…DCL will have to agree ‘to be sold’ which is unlikely. Watched the Rangers lad score a few last week, he’s a decent player but I couldn’t see him playing central striker role for us given his size. I suppose he’s a bit like Tom Cannon.

Dewsbury-Hall in place of Doucoure would be such a massive upgrade. Sounds like he could be available on loan. If it’s at all possible to negotiate with Chelsea to swap Broja’s loan for his that should 100% be the priority. We’ve got the minutes for him and are nowhere near them so they could agree. Long shot of course.
