Everton January 2025 Transfer Thread

Do people prefer KDH or Chukwuemeka ?

Lets not forget the latter used to play in midfield with Iroegbunam with England Youth and Villa. Perhaps a good combo to reunite?

I think Forest have shown that building a decent side isn’t rocket science.

A couple of hardworking/mobile central midfielders
A number 10 that can travel with the ball and pick a pass
Two quick wingers
A centre forward that stays in good areas and can finish a chance.

There is nothing complicated about that, and yet our recruitment has delivered the absolute opposite.
We’ve got our own MGW in Ndiaye, shame the rest of the recruitment has been terrible.

I think for an impact loan you look for the guy who can hit the ground running and KDH has much more PL football under his belt. Long-term maybe Carney has more upside, but on a loan that's not a consideration unless there's an option / obligation. I don't love KDH but he immediately brings a bit of quality we're crying out for.

Does he though ?

For over a decade and I get the financial issues but we get more wrong than right
