Thing is the key to a good passing team is not only the ability to pass a ball
weird to say that, it's about players moving into space to receive it, and having players with good enough technique and mobility to receive it and not take seconds to control it.
I'm this squad, Ndiaye and Lindstrom most certainly can do all of that, the issue becomes a few players who can't understand one any attempts at it, and also if the tactics and training does t work on it, then players don't do it as a team.
Stick Ndiaye and Lindstrom as the wider of a three and you'd see a lot more attacking threat mate even with the squad we have currently.
Problem is on any given week even if both those start (wide....) we have an attacking mid in any of McNeil, Harrison or Doucoure who are badly flawed in any at least two of the categories I said are needed (Doucoure in every one tbh)
Looking over the rest of the squad, Young can certainly pass a ball, as can Branthwaite (both CBs arent needed in truth as only one should be recieving it then moving it forward) Garner can pass, so can Mangala (albeit he's molasses slow) young Tim certsinly has those attributes.
We do have a core of technically good players who can play other than hoof ball tactics.
