Everton January 2025 Transfer Thread

We need a focal point.

While that shows there isn't much value for money in January not to buy a forward is incredibly folly.

Agreed. Expectations need to be adjusted however.

It's no excuse, we need players, but the January window is very difficult. And while I get the sentiment that we knew we needed players 30 days ago, all other clubs need players including their own, it's not easy to do the 3-4 deals we truly need.

Someone listen and share thank you

No need, it'll be

Tough to sign players in Jan
Dyche is refusing to leave Finch Farm canteen
Charlie Adam has eaten half of Dyche which is why Dcyhe can't leave FF canteen
After some players but market is tough
Tough market so Kevs having a lie down
Moyes can't agree with Kev and Kev can't agree with his own reflection
Everyones pleased with the crap job they've all done the past few months
Moyes wants to chin someone but he's too old and can't raise his arms or clench his fist cos of arthritis

Someone listen and share thank you

Chelsea want 5 million to return Broja
Transfer market tough
Transfer targets changed due to new manager
Moyes assessing/mulling/exploring options
Club looking for at least 2 incoming players
PSR restrictions still hampering club
Mention name already been mentioned by numerous other wham chatters ie Awoniyi or Igamane.

We’re about to sign some real dross because all of the ITKs have gone quiet-ish but are hedging just enough to say “see, I said Ings, Chilwell and Longstaff in a kitchen sink article last Monday but didn’t want to say because the club wants to be less leaky”.
