Yeah I cannot imagine any club is dropping £40m on a striker that doesn't get any minutes at all for Brighton. Maximum loan with option to buy at a price that reflects the fact he is not considered a key player for them.

No one is paying that until he’s fully fit and scoring. If he gets fully fit and scoring he will be going to a team above us,

Mitoma is nowhere near worth 60 millions plus. He is a good player but having a so so season really so far. A bit better recently but was very average against us. Surely that bid must be fake news because he is barely worth half of that fee.

Garner is a miles better footballer but has had constant back problems. Could do with a signing like Ferguson to snap us all out of this!

Garner is very very average, hence he’s at us and has never been a consistent first choice even when fit. Longstaff has played in the CL so I’m happy enough with that.

Good players can have iffy games, he was exceptional against united , he's a 50 million player at least

I would take him over Ferguson all day long, I can see him going to one of the top 6/8 soon enough.

Already proven he can bang goals in this league

Hes got a goal involvement per minute comparable to beto!

Ferguson involvement every 160 minutes

Beto involvement every 168 minutes
