Theres a 21 year old cm playing for lens in france. Not amazing but has good passing % and good tackles and interceptions per game stats.

Apparently valued at about £1.5m so would be cheap

Yes, stability and development. Club hopping absolutely ruins players, why would he move from a place that loves him just to join a random Prem team (as that’s what he gets linked with most)?
