I saw a report that Walker-Peters had decided he was going to run out his contract. Do you think theres a decent chance then we got him to pre-agree a deal in the summer?

It's only players from abroad you can agree pre-contracts with in January, domestic players I think it's the last 30 days of their contract. That aside, I like KWP think he'd be a good addition as a freebie. If Branthwaite goes in the summer, JakeOB takes his place at center back, KWP + Seamus/Patterson/Young for right back options if they are still here maybe.

Theres a 21 year old cm playing for lens in france. Not amazing but has good passing % and good tackles and interceptions per game stats.

Apparently valued at about £1.5m so would be cheap
