Nobody but us and Forest got hammered for breaking them, and I know they will come for us again if we breach.Nobody else is.

Big Jeff and his love for both beer and human flesh would make a more exciting presence at Goodison than that weasel we got from Leeds.Dharmer
Don't think anyone is asking for us to spend £52 Million chief but crack on with that narrative.Remember when we panic bought walcott and tosun In the Jan. Window for 52 million and they were a long term burden on our finances?
Playing hard to get, moyes is applying the sleazy pick up artist move of negging to footballStrange to tell the players you are actively courting that they’re not what you want
He's got used to spending money at West Ham and forgotten "The Everton Way".H looked like a broken man.
Something changed recently

That isn't what it sounded like at all. He quite clearly said 'we' when for what you're talking about he would almost certainly have said 'I'.I'm not sure that is the case. It sounds more like we are getting the players thelwell wants but Moyes doesn't.
Kenwright can have a word with him in the canteen in Hell see if he fancies it.Dharmer
Forest breached PSR and got a deduction last season?
Chelsea haven’t breached PSR - whether you agree with how they’ve got around it or not, the fact is they haven’t
City - part of a much larger case as has been explained countless times.
Evertonains check under the beds at night for PSR it’s got them that shookI understand and accept that a club in our position is going to be doing deals late, if at all due to having to pinch pennies and wait for other dominoes to fall, etc. What I don't quite get is comments like "it may not be the players we'd like to have brought in."
The club is under ownership that will have very recently undertaken extensive due diligence on its finances. The PL have signed off on the fact we haven't breached PSR, so there should be no further question marks over the numbers reported internally. How, then, have we not cut our cloth accordingly from day 1 of the manager and DoF working together? How have we been able to waste time on targets that, if they are out of our price range now, will have been out of it weeks ago also?
Or did I just misunderstand the comment?
The point is the options are limited in Jan so spending savvily is key , don't want to make an heavy investment on a player who doesn't fit long term plans. Don't get me wrong I expect players in but im not expecting any high profile signings its Jan and we're hindered by psrDon't think anyone is asking for us to spend £52 Million chief but crack on with that narrative.
