Presumably if they structure the payments correctly it’s possible. Plus their owner doesn’t really care

Well, in the summer we get increased revenues and some more of our historical overspend comes off the books.

Its certainly not gonna be easy, but there will be more scope to spend.

But we will also spend this window, IMO, still 11 days left, it takes 20minutes to sign a player, loads of time left.

Actually only around 3.5m in amortisation drops off this summer - Maupay.

The big saving is around 650k per week drops off if no contracts are renewed on OOC players (that's including Maupay and Holgate) so around 33m in wages alone.

Do feel the club will be talking to chelsea about doing another loan deal and will prob go on late into the window. With us trying to agree broja loan money with another maybe cutting the other loan cost. Going to be tough so hopefully have two other players ready to go before

Personally think we will do two deals for certain, possibly a third, and another will depend if we can negotiate a loan cancellation with Chelsea. So 2-4 in

If true it's mean Forrest would have to sell before the June cutoff for this PSR year.

Smart move as what they are doing is paying now for the increased chance they can qualify for the CL next season which basically covers the cost of Cunha.

TBF they will be earning loads more in prize money this season than they will have budgeted for and the £60m is just £12m per year on the accounts

Plus Forest have got a good few players who can be expected to attract massive bids in the summer. I guess this is just a preemptive manoeuvre to keep the overall quality of the squad up. Funny club because it could all collapse very quickly or they could make massive strides from here.

A other example of why there may not be much chatter is whichever club we are negotiating with has asked it to be kept quite until they source a replacement in order they don't have to pay an inflated price.

For example anyone from a championship side chasing promotion - fellows at west brom etc.
Also we are likely waiting on certain decisions from players weighing up if they are moving or sticking it out - any younger player at Chelsea, city etc.
Can also be a case of waiting until a few big clubs do there deals if they have interest in so one that we are looking at - in order we don't simply act as a stalking horse
