Well he would be motivated by a move, and everyone told us James was rubbish too when we signed him. I'd take Eriksen as we know he is better than most of what we have but if Pochettino gets the PSG job he will probably end up there.

Other than Modric he was the best midfielder we had in that posistion for many years and maybe the lack of form is because he wanted to leave Spurs at least 6 months before he eventually did, he then lost a bit of desire and he is now finding it hard to get his form back?

If he is made the focal point of a team I think he would be a great player.
