A: Bernard to Roma off

B: Roma offering Dzeko to PSG in some weird swap for Icardi or Kean (which PSG arent keen on) and it says its odd because Kean is just there on loan.

C: Competing for a Norwegian 18 year old with Ajax and the usual suspects.

Pretty boring really...

This is the worst argument for us signing someone. Every window, when any team signs someone there’s a meltdown on here.

We have to have the space in the squad. We have to have the money. We have to have clearly identified targets. The clubs of those targets have to be amenable to letting them go mid-season. But WAAAH! SOMEONE ELSE SIGNED SOMEONE!

More to do with the myth that there are no good deals in Jan. Obviously we will see if the signings are good.

Yes all fair. I mean the criticism is he has allowed a lot of the bad investments to come through lack of control. You can't have your cake and eat it though, and when we start shpwing some control we complain. We are trying for players, if they are the right players at the right price they will come. Im comfortable with that. We can't get lumbered again.

Roma cannot get Kean off PSG, they have to come to us. So we are stuck with Bernard by the looks of it.

Amazing how FFP doesn't matter to clubs like them who throw just as much dough around as we do.

And we're the ones with the shady USM sponsers propping up the accounts!

Sanson would have been a good upgrade on Davies and Jose an upgrade on Toshun but again no decent players around on the cheap apparently.
