I don't think we're in for Perisic but, he isn't a midfielder and wouldn't play as one.

He's a left-sided attacker.

That being said, I don't believe 'Football Insider' would have a scoop.

So as it stands we have 22.

Also, those 22 have very little balance, includes Delph who is never fit, Gbamin who hasn't played in 18 months, and literally two actual forwards even though we play 4-3-3.

Bernard is the only player who, on paper at least, compete even for a place in the starting XI, so we're not weakening our XI; rather, it's just less adaptability.

Linked with Josh King again, apparently Bournemouth have lowered their fee as they risk losing him for nothing in the summer of they don't sell today. They want a player in on loan to replace King though. It has been mentioned that we may offer Gordon on loan.

The wages he is supposedly asking for are ridiculous at £120k a week and that's why I don't think he will move in this window. He will just wait till his contract is up in the Summer drop his wage demands but ask for a signing on fee.

Yep, that bench on Saturday was terrible, no one to come on who would have an impact on the game. Imagine if Lewin or Richarlison had got injured.
