Why are we muck at attacking and not doing a jot about it, we play some of the worst attacking football in the league, only bit of quality we get treated to is when we have the odd counter and James finds himself with the ball in the attacking third.

It's crystal clear at this point the club has wrote the season off, European football by some miracle is an added bonus and we're looking at doing stuff in the summer instead.

It's probably due to FFP, combined with Brands' reluctance to do his contracted job every January. No way to know for sure, either way the message is clear - the club isn't aiming to take advantage in any way of a season that's right up in the air and we put ourselves in a great position in by the halfway mark.

But we literally have nobody now? Theo, Kean, Tosun, Simms all on loan and we have nothing on the bench.
Kean didn’t want to play for us and the rest literally wouldn’t have got on the pitch.
It makes no difference.

We’re as shot on numbers as we always were. It’s just much more obvious now.

We can still set up to be hard to beat and are very effective from set pieces. We can continue to pick up points even against the better teams. We tried to move on from that against both Newcastle and West Ham and came unstuck.

We can and will win games without playing well. Am I happy with that. No not really I'd much rather we were out there kicking arse every week.

My main concern now is numbers to cover the front 3 positions
Fair enough, the way I see it, we have
