I wanted Tuchel. A competent, ambitious board would have landed him. Then I'd have taken Silva, or more realistically Dyche. He should be our back up not the corrupt wine pinting beaut. I'd have liked a manager who had finished in the top half even once in the last decade. Not to mention one who is more worried about winning football games then earning illegal payments.

And if the players don't take kindly to being fronted up? Has he ever dealt with a bigger group of egotists? I reckon his approach will turn out to be kicking them when they're already down and won't work. This bunch need confidence restoring, organising and coaching not the fear of Thunderhead.
