Everton reopen talks with Sam Allardyce

I've seen how crap teams are in this league. I've seen the fact we're 4 points away from the top half. This appointment basically consigns us to a relegation battle. It's what he lives for.

People said that about Palace (haven't lost in 3)
West Ham have improved in the last two games I've watched, only some poor finishing letting them down.
Swansea - freefall like us.
West Brom - (not lost their last 2).

It's us and Swansea at the moment as the worst in the league so far. We've conceded the most goals, have little threat in attack.

I'm in the camp of it's awful. Some aren't.

What can you do

It's what a club with money but no sense does .

It is quite funny really, one of the best paid jobs in football is here and we cant get anyone other than allardyce to do it.

It also means the club have just Bowed to Sam's demands.

Or that even with the wages (we've paid our last 3 managers handsomely) no one wants the job.

Maybe a name or profile thing

We can't buy a win, can barely pick up a point away from home and have the worst goal difference in the league which is basically -1 point seeing as we can't win a game by more than a single goal. "4 points away from the top half" is a very, very long way when you look at it like that.

Just consign ourselves to another few years of failure. Ah well, we're used to it.

Newcastle have 1 point from 4 games, and lost 3-0 at home to a team even we beat in our last home game, but don’t let facts get in the way.

I think in this instance it was board rather than attractions fault. It appears to me we just went after Silva, failed and then panicked and brought Sam in. I don't believe we pulled a shortlist up or spoke to other agents and I am sure the board were confident they were going to get their man.

I think a lot of managers would have came here if we had spoke to them, better managers than who we have got but we just didn't ask them. Avb for example probably would have jumped at the job and (as I believe it to be rumours only) fonesca would have also.

It's still only 4 points and our past performances have absolutely no impact on the games coming up. This situation doesn't require a relegation specialist to grind our way to 40 points. The whole point of sacking Koeman was to save our season, not to save us from relegation.

Complete joke of a club.

If you can't see that we have comfortably one of the worst teams in the division bereft of technical ability, mental toughness and physicality then you need to watch us more closely.
