He gets rid of all the decent backroom staff, they end up elsewhere. it's jobs for the boys and when he goes, they all go. You are then left to pick up the pieces and try to employ decent staff again, you don't and teams go into a downward spiral.

His appointment will take us back 10 years, it's like bulldozing your home because you have rising damp.

Who are all these decent backroom staff currently at the club?

Just bin the motto off now.
Disgusted if this is true.
It's like God woke up in the summer after a 2000 year kip, decided he was RS and devised a plan to kill us as quickly and painfully as possible.
Stadium, signings, hope for the future, bang! season dead by October now this kin guy. At our club?
If he signs don't know whether I'll be sadder that it's happened or that a significant amount of Evertonians were arguing that it has to.
How has it come to this?
Sickening and you just know "Everton that" will be the club to destroy his always survived schtick.
That way strikers who haven't scored in 17 games always net against us.
Please not this.

Anyone turning there nose up at sam after the last 2 games need there head sorting

end of the season am all day for .. long term goals definitely not , he sets up good defensively and always have great fitness his sides , boring as [Poor language removed] football but we are in serious danger of a aston villa free fall

someone needs to whip these crabs into shape and we love rhino but they dont respect him and its a disgrace really

This all day long

This would be his biggest club job with probably some of the most talented players he's had. Knowing our luck it will be the first time he fails at keeping a club up!
