Out for the rest of the season with a dislocated shoulder after this

I enjoyed his video tbh, refreshing to really hear someone be so upbeat and a smile on his face. That will no doubt disappear after 8 minutes on Saturday but I like how he's come across in that interview.

..interesting he said he “spoke with Wayne” about the move. As we said in the summer, Rooney’s profile helps attract players, all we need now is for Walsh to ensure they’re the right players.

suppose to put into context that we got him for half as much as an oxlade-chamberlain who was on the brink of going for free, that's good business. I was always an admirer of the ox, but the last couple of years he'd gone absolutely nowhere. I know he has years on his side, but Walcott is much more proven.

Good point to raise.

Walcott > Ox (x10)

Walcott moaned playing as an attacking Ringt-Winger for Arsene Wenger for years. So he's not going to be happy playing as a Ring Wing-Back in-front of Kenny under Sam Allardyce.

I know you've mentioned it a million times mate about chemistry/partnerships/balance/athleticism and this is one of the first signings In a long time where I've thought "yeah, I can see why we are signing him and he will bring x and y which we haven't got".

Hopefully he hits the ground running and puts in a good performance Saturday. 3 points and a bit of positivity required after the poor showings over Christmas
