Branthwaite wasn’t fully fit at the start of the season so Keane played a few games then as soon as Branthwaite was fit he went straight in and kept his place for the entire season above both Keane and Godfrey, seeing him make the England squad and his value increase multiples?

I'd prefer that I just don't see how selling him this late in the window is going to end up as anything as bad for us really. We aren't likely to pull a quality number nine out of the hat.

Just hope we have a decent striker lined up in case DCL leaves or we say no an and accept he leaves on a free or reduced fee in January.
Everyone knows there will be teams who will try to get him for 15-20m close to the end of the window

I hope we keep him personally, it would be difficult for us to attract a decent replacement at this point, not impossible, but difficult.
With the season now less than a week away , I’d rather stick than twist .

Was linked last season aswell and in last year of deal can play on both sides. Not sure how good he is but would not surprise me to see us looking again at him with money low
