Nothing but Textor or other investors aren't stupid and will know that takes 50-70m out of the value of the business so would adjust their numbers accordingly.

So with the additional loans he has acquired for the club and if he sells Branthwaite, as long as he has enough liquidity to see him through, he could very well wait to see the outcome of the additional PSR investigation and drag out a new sale, to see if an6 other investors are interested as no investor can dictate to him what he dies with the club’s assets whilst he is still majority shareholder. I appreciate someone on the verge of buying us e.g. in an exclusivity phase could set some conditions, but someone who may come to the table late would not.
