Why's he put the gun emoji next to Sterling?
But weird that tbh considering what happened in his past

Well, only one word of a difference between “bargain” and “bargain bin.”Sky already starting with the “Chiesa bargain of the season”
It's definitely an improvement on paper for a negative spend... As long as he actually plays themFees are approximate so please cut me some slack!
Bought circa £45 million.
Sold circa £75 million.
In
Jake O'Brien £17.5 million
Illiman Ndiaye £16.5 million
Tim Iroegbunam £9 million
Jesper Lindstrum (loan with option)
Armando Broja (loan with option)
Orel Mangala (loan)
Asmir Begovic free
Out
Onana £55 million
Godfrey £10 million
Dobbin £10 million
Maupay £6 million (paid next year)
+ circa £30 million
Kept Branthwaite.
Aside from not addressing the full back situation - particularly right back, Thelwell and his team have done an excellent job on a shoestring in my view.
Also think of all the players they apparently previously identified but couldn't afford as well (e.g., Minteh, Mudryk when cheap, Kudus, Pedro, Wharton etc).
Give the man his props.
I'm sorry but I'm not giving props for them identifying good players but not signing them. Especially when we have wasted so much money on dross at times.Fees are approximate so please cut me some slack!

But not signing the players I mention was due to lack of funds. Only so much he can do when operating with a poundland budget.I'm sorry but I'm not giving props for them identifying good players but not signing them. Especially when we have wasted so much money on dross at times.
I think the window has been OK. I like the look of some of the additions, Tim has surprised me. And Ndiaye looks like he could be a baller.
But we desperately needed some pace on the wing. If we had added someone there with pace and assists I'd be feeling better about the window.

Agree about having a pacey winger but again it's very hard to have done much more with such a restrictive budget. He can't turn water into wine.
