Not really, those in Red, there is probably only DCL and Godfrey that are in the squad and have decent resale value to be protected
Doucoure is 31 - We have seen players like him that drop off quickly because he is reliant on his high work rate, it makes sense for hm to be on a short term deal
Gana is similar, 34, Coleman 35, and Young 38 as well should only be renewed on a year by year basis.
Onyango, Holgate, Campbell, Virginia, Crellin, Maupay, Mills never play. We would probably not miss these specific players, yes we need people in the squad, but the manager has already determind that these people are not really required.
Keane is 4th choice CB, again a person is required here, but not particularly him. Realistically we are not going to get the money back for him, he is going to either go on loan this summer or leave on a free next summer.
We still need a squad mate, and if you have to buy half a squad, you cant spend whatever you're allowed to spend on quality.

Thats getting close to saying they're all crap so its fine if they all go which is great in theory but has a few slight downsides in practice like not being able to fulfil any of our fixtures.
Is going to have to be a massive turnover of players this season and next; not sure how we do it.

Looking at it like that makes you realise how small our squad is... Scary
Its just a club which doesn't have a big squad anyway and hasn't been able to buy many high value assets who need long term contracts, and doesn't have the budget to offer contract extensions to players until its necessary to do it.

I posted similar in text a while back for our defence.
We should be moving on certain players this summer for fees and reinvesting in young players like Chermiti across the team.
Then in 12months we wont be overly concerned about contracts as we have ready made replacements.
also some of those players may have that sneaky clause in their contracts where we have an option to extend the contract by 1 year like we did with gueye this season and doucoure in the past
