I think Broja is alright tbh. Had a tough few years but like some players in chaotic areas, sometimes a change is good.

Personally I'd try and loan Richie for a year and keep our forward powder dry a year.

Definitely the type of player to sulk or down tools in the event of a relegation fight or a dip in form.
