In 24/25 PSR will operate in parallel with a draft Squad Cost Rule (SCR). PSR will still be the primary regulation. At the end of the season clubs will evaluate an analysis of how SCR would have operated vs PSR, discuss any potential amendments and vote on whether to introduce it permanently to replace PSR or extend the parallel trial or stick with PSR. The expectation is SCR in close to the trial form together with some form of squad cost cap (based on a minimum tv revenue multiplier) will be introduced from 25/26 but it is not yet certain.

Would mean we would have to buy one less CM, as Doucoure could be the depth there, and Ndiaye/Ohare as the #10s

Picks a decent pass out going forwards him, seems to have a decent attitude on the pitch.
Can't see him getting in are first eleven , but might be worth it for a squad player.
We do need bodies in that area .

Was thinking he could also be used out wide aswell, just something different from what we have at the club is a risk if he can step up but worth it on a free for me will be sell on value

O'Riley isn't pacey enough and requires way too much space to operate - space he won't get in the PL.

There's a reason he wasn't chosen for the Danish squad for the Euros.

I watch the SPL regularly. I'd take either of the Japanese players Celtic have over O'Riley.

They're the two I'd take as well, if we're taking anyone from Celtic.
